No setup fees, no monthly costs. You only pay when a deal actually completes.
Charged once, only on completion. Covers verification, dispute mediation and 24/7 support. Cancelled or refunded deals cost nothing.
Slightly higher to cover payment processing. Same protection: funds stay held until the buyer confirms delivery.
Trade gift cards with zero fees. The full amount goes straight to the seller — no cut taken.
Pick a payment method, set the amount, and see exactly who gets what.
Everything about how a deal works, end to end.
All deposits are held in a secure, non-custodial smart vault. Funds cannot be moved by the seller until you explicitly approve the release, and they cannot be withdrawn by you once locked.
If the seller fails to deliver or provides a faulty asset, you simply hit "Dispute." Our 24/7 moderation team will review the transaction chat and evidence to refund your money.
We accept PayPal, gift cards, and major cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDC) to ensure frictionless global transactions.
No. Nexus charges a flat 2.5% fee on successful crypto deals, 3.5% on PayPal, and gift card trades are always free. If a deal is cancelled or refunded through a dispute, you pay absolutely nothing.
No. A Nexus account is just a username and a password — nothing else to hand over to create one.
Since there's no email on file, we have no way to send a reset link. Keep your username and password somewhere safe, like a password manager, since account recovery isn't possible without them.

Yes — signing up, starting a deal, and messaging your counterparty all work in any modern mobile browser.
Template terms for the Nexus concept — swap in real legal review before this goes live.
By accessing and using the Nexus Escrow Protocol ("Nexus", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Nexus acts solely as a neutral third-party escrow agent. We do not own, sell, or take liability for the underlying assets being transferred between the Buyer and the Seller. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the secure holding and conditional release of funds based on the mutual agreement of both parties.
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to submit to Nexus's internal dispute resolution process. Nexus moderators will make a final, binding decision based on the evidence provided within the platform's chat and attachment logs. Extraneous communications (e.g., third-party messaging apps) will not be considered valid evidence.
Users may not use Nexus to facilitate the transfer of illegal goods, unregistered securities, illicit substances, or any digital asset that violates international compliance laws. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and freezing of active funds pending legal review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees collected during the disputed transaction.
Creating a Nexus account requires only a username and a password. Because we do not collect an email address or phone number, we have no mechanism to verify your identity or reset a lost password. You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your credentials confidential; Nexus is not liable for losses resulting from a compromised or forgotten account.
Nexus may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time, provided any open transactions are resolved first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nexus after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes not resolved through Section 3 will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
What we store, in plain language.
Your username, a securely hashed version of your password, an optional display name, an optional profile picture, and your deal history (counterparty handle, amount, payment method, and status). We do not collect an email, phone number, or real name unless you choose to put one in your display name.
Solely to run your account and process your deals: signing you in, showing your profile, keeping a record of transactions, and resolving disputes if one is opened.
We don't sell your data. A counterparty you open a deal with can see your username, display name, and the deal details you both share — nothing else.
You can change your display name and profile picture at any time from your dashboard. Because accounts aren't tied to an email, deleting your credentials is the only way to close an account — resolve any open deal first.
